The BBW is fully made in the USA and is set up for 3/32 tungsten. She performs great at gas rates of 30 CFH to 40 CFH. The BBWSG-19 uses the same as the original so its still a great affordable consumable. Do not "walk the cup" with glass cups. If you would like to walk it, go with the .
When installing, do not over-tighten the cup. Screw the cup on to finger-tight. The brass chassis in the cup will not bottom out flush with the torch when installed properly.
