Il Badalisc Pinot Grigio is produced from the mature vineyards in the sun-soaked Veneto and Friuli in Northern Italy. The premium quality grapes are crushed and pressed gently before the juice is left to settle and clarify. After fermentation, the wine is left for 3 to 6 months on the fine lees that are produced during the fermentation before bottling. This extensive process helps to give the wine the delicious and unique flavours that make it so mouth-watering.
